2019 Nissan Kicks Detailed Review

Nissan has launched their new SUV called Nissan kicks today.Although Nissan failed to make a successful market in India but this time Nissan can overcome it by considering the price I think .We can consider Nissan kicks as a upper version of Nissan Terrano .It can be a good rival of Hyundai creta.We know that creta is one of the most successful SUV on market .It is tough but possible.....
Dimensionally Nissan Kicks is longer and wider than Hyundai creta but lookwise it is more premium hatchback on stilts much like i20 active .It is not a boxy SUV ,it has 210mm of ground clearance similar to Renault captur.
But there is also some cons like music control are not on the steering but behind it .And cruise control buttons are on the steering .In a driver seat tall person can face some adjustments problems,that is why tall person must take test drive before purchase.Front armrest has no space under it ,digital instrument console speedometer is not as appealing as others.
Due to rear sloping design ,A tall back seater can feel lac of headroom,but it is adequate for adults.here You will get a AC vents which is ergonomically placed .Boot space of Nissan kicks is 400 litres and creta has 402 litres,space is enough for a family luggage.
Although we don't have full information about safety features and their variants we are sharing what we know .360 degree parking assist is the most highlighted feature.Nissan has used 4 cameras,one at the front another at rear and other in two ORVM,which gives all round view .
Other than this you will get cooled glove box ,standard Ac ,cruise control,fog lamps with cornering function.
8inch touchscreen infotainment system with apple carplay and Android auto as well as rain sensing wipers .

From a drive technology point view ,cameras will works until Crosses 10km /hr.Hill start assist ,vehicle dynamic control are very useful for a driver .Good amount of ground clearance and 17 inch alloy wheels are very helpful for a bumpy roads .NVH levels are superb ,after a little start up clatter kicks is very quiet from both side.It delivers sufficient power when we need it.

How is it look from outside?
Nissan has its own unique style,due to this it can be seperated in crowd .Let's start from front grille which is "V" motion signature grille of Nissan . It's got LED headlamps and day running lights and front end looks squarish, specially the way headlamps ,bonnet and fog lamps come together. Inside look(interior)

Driver's POV
Nissan kicks is featured with same 1.5 litre 110ps(108bhp) dci engine that we know since Renault duster of six speed gear box.There is also petrol option with a 1.5 litre 106ps(104bhp) with five speed gearbox.This time Nissan has no automatic option of Nissan kicks.From a drive technology point view ,cameras will works until Crosses 10km /hr.Hill start assist ,vehicle dynamic control are very useful for a driver .Good amount of ground clearance and 17 inch alloy wheels are very helpful for a bumpy roads .NVH levels are superb ,after a little start up clatter kicks is very quiet from both side.It delivers sufficient power when we need it.
